Jamison Memorial Human Resources and Development Agency | Executive Director

Lillian is a founding member of the Jamison Memorial Human Resource and Development Agency, the faith-based non-profit organization founded by Jamison Memorial CME Church. Currently, she serves as Executive Director of the Agency and has served in that capacity since 1993, giving the children of our community academic enrichment opportunities through after-school and summer programs. Throughout her tenure, she has generated more than $20 million dollars in grants to provide academic and cultural enrichment experiences for children through the programs of the Jamison Memorial Agency. Under Lillian’s leadership, the Agency continues to serve children with free meals and learning enrichment programs sponsorship in the St. Louis community.

I focus on all things that support and assist our youth and have committed my life to help our children whenever and wherever I am called to serve. They are our future. I believe it is our duty to prepare them for the world that they are entering. Substance use disorder is one of the most critical determiners of success for young people in the St. Louis Region. We must find new and innovative ways to stop the pandemic of addiction.
