Regional Director—St. Louis Children’s Division | Missouri Department of Social Services, Children’s Division

Kelly is happy to serve on the Hope Creates Board. She is currently the St. Louis Regional Director for Children's Division, and previously served as the Chief of Children’s Community Operations with the Department of Mental Health where her focus was Behavioral Health services, including substance use. She has worked in the field of juvenile services, non profit, and several government entities all which were serving youth and families.

She loves energy and enthusiasm and believes that every kid deserves at least one champion! She considers it an honor to be apart of Hope Creates, and an honor to bring her talents and walk with our youth.
